THEY SHOULD BE PLENTY OLD ENOUGH FOR BREEDING. I HAVE A BOER BILLY RIGHT NOW THAT IS 9 MONTHS OLD AND HE IS DOING THE JOB. YES THEIR BEARDS DOES GROW WITH THEIR AGE. MY BOER BILLY IS JUST NOW BEGINNIG TO GET HIS BEARD. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GOATS.
