: : : : Hello,
: : : : I am looking for help with a sick goat.
: :
: : : NEW TO GOATS MYSELF BUT I DID HAVE WORMS TO HIT MY LAST MONTH AND I LOST ABOUT 5 BEFORE I FOUND OUT WHAT IT WAS.
: :
: : Hi, And thanks for your response. I couldn't handle the animal suffering anymore so I took him to a vet. As you posted, he is full of worms. The doctor gave him some shots and gave him a slightly better than 50/50 chance of survival.
: I'M GLAD YOU FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM AND I HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT WITH THE GOAT. IF YOU DONT CARE LET KNOW KNOW HOW IT GOES. GOD BLESS
Hi Again,
Thought i would stop by and let yas know.. The goat did not survive the night. I'm angry with the guy who sold me this animal. He had to have known it was sick.
If you live in florida, do not buy from a guy who calls himself Gator, he lives on emporia rd in barberville.
After asking around, I found out that this person takes downer animals that are supposed to be destroyed, pumps them full of stuff to get them up and sells them to unsuspecting people like me.
Buyer Beware!
